A Mobile App Feature to Support a Leadership Development Training Program

From information architecture to high-fidelty designs, I ran with a product concept and designed a holistic system that seamlessly integrates within the existing feature set of this iOS/Android app.

The final dashboard design displayed on a desktop and mobile format. This consumer-facing interface design was a key deliverable of the product design project.

Dashboard and E-commerce Store for a Web3 Loyalty Rewards Program

In close collaboration with the Head of Product and development team, I designed front-end interfaces to support the launch of a new rewards program, and drove a fivefold increase in site traffic.

A New Workflow to Improve Admin and Customer Experiences of Events

From discovery to development, I led the overhaul of the events management workflow, increasing event production by 450%, improving productivity by 6%, and decreasing customer inquiries.

I interviewed our client, a professional CPA organization, audited the existing exam, conducted research, designed medium-fidelity wireframes, conducted usability testing, and iterated on the design.
